Take a pitstop into MB’s studio.
"Recently I made a spoof video based on 1970's TV show, Starsky & Hutch.
With my version, I took a very iconic TV car and painted it in my style, along
with my spin-off characters called "Distortsky & Hutch".
The whole three and a half minute video shows myself in time lapse fashion wrecking
up a large piece of plywood and painting onto it's surface. The purpose of this
video, is mostly for entertainment. But it is kind of a cool way to show the
process of how I work. It is also my intention to share this and also have others
share it as well."
Time-Lapse Painting
Downtown St. Paul
In this video we see a
series of around 900 photographs that were taken each day the
painting was constructed. As the background layer is completed,
new plains of dimension are added to create the desired original
three-dimensional shape.
House of Comedy- Mall of America In
this video we see comedy club owner Rick Bronson interviewed
about his new club at Mall of America. Michael's large scale
painting is the highlight of the comedy club stage.
